Im a little tardy to the party, but here goes nothin: I am thankful for... Day One: ...my parents (biological, step, and framily) that they are all healthy and happy. Day Two: ...the incredible underwater world (today was our trip to the Aquarium and the behind-the-scenes tour) Day Three: ...the beautiful above-ground wildlife (Took the dog out to Simpsonwood to run while we admired nature) Day Four: ...the support and resilience of strong, Christian women Day Five: ...music, art, and the theater (went to see Ghost at the Fox Theatre) Day Six: ...advances in aviation that allow my husband to trek home safely. Day Seven: ...a good, strong, very dirty martini. Day Eight: ...old (really old!) friends. Happy Birthday, Bob Bedilion! ;) Day Nine: ...my Shister, Victoria Victoria Keup Schafer That girls got the drive of 10,000 elephants. (Who runs a half-marathon without training???) Day Ten: ...a place to call home and roof over my head. Day Eleven: ...the freedoms I enjoy, earned by men (and women) of valor through their sacrifice. Day Twelve: ...generous international friends, willing to do me a favor through the miracle of the internet. (Im so proud of you, too! Is that weird?)
