Im a little weepy today, so be glad you cant see me as I write this. Today is my last day at WDTN. I want to say thank you to all the viewers whove flipped on the TV to watch as I grew from a new reporter out of Fargo, ND to weekend anchor and finally anchor of 2 NEWS Today. You were so warm and welcoming from the start and Im forever grateful. My family grew by two here in Dayton and my husband and I ultimately decided to call this home, and you were one of the deciding factors. To my 2 NEWS family, past and present, thank you for believing in me. Thank you for making me laugh, being a shoulder to cry on and a professional sounding board. Its time for a new adventure.
