Im a professional pet groomer. I went to school to learn this trade. I continue to learn because I want to be more then average at my job. I spent thousands on my eduacation, tools, and equipment. I take pride in my grooms and the safety and well being of every pet in my care. Ive known being broke because of my investment into my career, hunger and the sting of sacrifice. Yet I still groom. I love this job and never will want any other career. So... It kills me each time I see a post attacking and slamming groomers and the prices. Please keep in mind the work, time, $$ and effort a groomer puts into grooming your poodle. It is not our intention to rob clients of all their money. But we have bills to and need to charge accordingly. If we were money hungry, groomers would have choose a different profession. Cause nobody is getting rich grooming dogs all. I respect your choices, please respect mine.
