Im all about equal rights. This might be going a little too far. I believe employers should have some rights of their own. This executive order could really hurt small businesses. So if Jack cant see what he is supposed to be doing, after doing it over and over for three weeks, is it fair to pay him just as much as John (who started a week ago and has to remind Jack what hes supposed to be doing every step he takes? Or even worse if Jack is lazy and doesnt want to work. Thats a catch 22/22.
