Im also waiting to hear more new on ildefonsos car repairs. he was the gentlemen whoms 2000 nissan sentra i accidently backed into about a week or so ago now. Im so thankful and greatful that AAA staff were able to waive the initial $100.00 dollar deductible this far. Im thankful the damage was fairly minimal to his car. Im ever so greatful to have had this insurance coverage. I hope he his well and that everything goes nicely for him and to his wants. above all of that Im waiting to see if the repair costs exceed the $1,000.00 dollar cap. if so, then my insurance rates will go up for 3 years. if thats the case the amount exceeds the $1,000.00 for ildefonsos car alone then my claims adjuster wants me to put my volvo in the body shop too *or anyway* *even if the damage is minimal*. its really just scratches to the rear bumper cover. but the claims adjuster said if the $1,000.00 is reached *that at that point it wont matter anymore* because my rates will go up with or without the having the repairs done to the volvo. I almost agree with the insurance adjuster at this point. because the volvo is in pretty good shape overall. and it would be nice to try and keep it as much that way as I can *within human reasons and scopes and abilities*. ;)
