Im amazed at the lack of pro-Obama traffic on my fb lately. Prior to 1 Oct the Obama supporters were neck deep in spewing their love and support for Obamacare and defending the nonsense coming out of the White House. But it seems they dont want to talk to much about the unraveling of the save-all health program that was going to ensure EVERYONE had affordable care. The way I see it is that there was a significant assumption made at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in that the young folks were going to jump on this band wagon...what they didnt seemingly care to factor in is that the young folks of this country are extremely savvy and can see through smoke very clearly...theyve been pounded with propaganda their entire lives in a variety and at a pace that no other people in history can fully understand. Why would they pay more for something they dont need to support people they dont know? They havent and likely wont. And how is it that Congress is (or we as a people for that matter) still tolerating Mr. Obamas lie on the subject? Explicitly promising that if you like your insurance you can keep it. Period, isnt that what he said? Then later amending that to the government is not going to make you change plans...by saying what we meant was, so long as there were no changes...knowing full well as early as 2010 that it was an impossible statement to stand behind. It wasnt and isnt true because his plan has made many lower-cost plans illegal. What a crock! Why would someone pay for a coverage that doesnt apply to their needs? That doesnt make sense. And Im still confused as to why this whole crap deal is good enough for my kids, but not good enough for his - or those of our exclusive Congress club members kids either. That would be my first question to him. Why good for me and mine but not for you and yours? With a follow on, How is that right? My second (from his first campaign trail) why would you ask me to follow you as you change America, the greatest nation on earth? With a follow on, why would I want to change the greatest nation on earth if its already the greatest on earth? My final question would be Why to you perpetuate the perception that your Anti-American? Its funny to me that Mr. Obama will sit with folks like Jay Leno and Dave Letterman but not with really smart folks like Bill OReilly. Speaking of OReilly...heres another book idea for him Killing America. You can guess the main player.
