Im angry and disapointed with Airtel Zambia, its services are pathetic and annoying. I must say i was among the first subscribers who had their simcards registered just after ZICTA announced the registration process. Today i was astonished to learn that my number is not registered after dialing *101# when last year i received a confirmation text that it was registered and i was given a customers slip to go with home. I must say this is total nonsense, now that some of my services have been cut off. Airtel shouldnt expect me to have my number be re-registered. All i know is that it is registered. Should my number be disconnected on the 31/01/14 its outlet at Cross Road will be held responsible cos thats where all my details got submitted. This is soo annoying.
