Im at the mall buying me some of my favorite healthy chicken from this Chinese spot. Some already know that Im working on my next book project. The focus of it is on living a happier more fulfilling life and how we can do that. The book will primarily focus on me and my journey but Im asking a lot of people how they feel. I saw this elderly couple that were snugged up pretty tight and I thought that looks like a couple of happy people do I went speak to them. I asked them what do you think people need to do to be happy. The wife responded, Never go to bed angry. Someone has to be able to let the argument go. Never go to sleep angry. I went back to my table to finish my meal and the husband who didnt really acknowledge me as I sat there speaking to his wife came to me and said, She (his wife) wanted me to tell you this. Always keep the faith. I look back and they headed into the movies. My day just became wonderful.
