Im back in the U.S.. Apparently give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free; The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, Send these... all up in my stupid bleary-eyed face this morning. I got treated so terribly at customs by the most rancorous scumbags imaginable, blatantly abusing their badge-induced power, obviously the only real pleasure they receive in their miserable lives, shuffling people around like cattle, cantankerously yelling every last decibel they had to muster at me for merely taking a picture of Stephen Wiltshires gigantic art piece hung up above a confidential zone at the JFK airport, then had two gun-toting officers sluggardly violate my first amendment right as they unhurriedly through my phone to delete the picture of the commissioned artwork, got screamed for having a soupçon of my toe on the yellow line rather than being completely behind it, got yelled at by 3 officers for muttering something that falls under the first amendment, got held up for as long as possible violating their fiduciary responsibility to my fifth amendment right... oh & I got coughed/sneezed on by enough people that I had to wear a sleeping mask as a surgical mask over my face (not to mention the hundreds of people trying to get their questionably-Ebola-infested bodily floods into me). It made me feel delighted to be back in the US. In Asia, they just give you some slippers & send you through in 3 seconds.
