Im beginning to believe that AZ is the place they send bad ideas and design flaws for just about everything, to be tested. I mean hell, most AZ highways sit lower than the rural roads, with a bowl like design so they collect all the flood waters, whereas other states, such as TX, the highways are actually HIGHways, and collect almost 0 flood waters. Even the suburbs and living quarters sit about the street in TX, where as in AZ, most sit at, or slightly below the street, so of course youre going to have major flood damage. Logic states that if you want to prevent flood damage, you would construct designs that would prevent or avoid flood damage, and not welcome it. AZ the home of the dumb ass ideas put into action.
