Im calling BS on the Music123 online store and MTS Case company. I bought and paid for a MTS tuba case on January 11, 2014 for my F tuba, more than a full month before I needed it for my trip to Montana in February. On Jan 12, the send me an email backorder notification to expect it by Feb 28, only about 10 days after I needed it to be delivered. I even called the MTS factory which confirmed a late February production and delivery of the case I need. No stock, no way on earth to get this case for my trip. So, I had to shell out about $700 in additional cartage fees on the trip because the case I had to use in its place weighed like, 85 pounds. The case is now almost a month past the original delayed arrival date, so I call them today. Now they say Mid April. I tried buying a Yamaha Xeno bass trombone from them in 2007, waited 14 months and they never got them in and they eventually had to refund the money. That was a Yamaha factory issue but still... Do any of you have similar problems with that company? Id love to hear about it here. You be the judge - the new billion dollar bet to see when my case will arrive... pretty p.od here, and in the words of Tow Mater, Dad-Gum.
