Im celebrating the first year of my ALL-NATURAL(NO SUPPLEMENTS) fitness commitment. -Less than 2 months in the GYM; rest of which are home workouts 3-5 times a week, following the After burn program with intensified routines. - 10 months no carbonated drinks(sodas); just plenty of water, vegies, fruits, wheats, oats, eggs, and more than 5 months consumption of Chicken breast almost every meal with minimum amount of rice= total discipline The picture below shows the transition of me when I bulked up last year and what Ive achieved since I decided to have fitness as my hobby. Thanks to the family members, lola and paps Jerywen Raganas for buying me equipments, mama Lilibeth Raganas for the budget deal for the chicken breasts, and the rest of the family for the patience when I turn the living room a mini gym at nights. ^_^ Lastly, thank you, Aelhannah Juanite, for letting me post this. I know youll be mad; just this...once...promise... ^_^ I finished my modules and portfolio way ahead of time + I get to eat everything I want this day=======ULTIMATE CHEAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
