Im certain Ill take some heat for this statement, which is fine, I dont mind. This is an open group and people should be able to agree and disagree based on their experiences and beliefs. On to the statement, which again, is merely my opinion... Suggesting that Sasquatch is paranormal, alien, part human, and/or can cloak, float, communicate telepathically, etc. very well may prevent any serious scientific study into the creatures existence by a major, widely recognized organization or institution, at any point in the foreseeable future. Why cant the most simple, most rational, most obvious assertion be made when it comes to the question,What is Bigfoot?. A flesh and blood, wild animal, that resides in remote locations normally not intruded upon by humans. An incredibly intelligent animal who is so adept at surviving and thriving in its natural habitat that avoiding human contact (a majority of the time) is second nature. Why does it have to be alien? Why does it have to cloak? Why does it have to have paranormal powers and properties? Is the more logical, reasonable explanation not incredible and fantastic enough on its own?! Oftentimes the most simple explanation is the correct explanation. Did a ghost push your spoon off the table or did you set the spoon precariously close to the edge, teetering between the table and clattering to the floor? Probably not Casper... Are you psychic because you knew someones favorite band without asking or did you subconsciously notice the bumper sticker on the back of their card that read I Brake for U2? Probably the ladder... Is bigfoot cloaking from one place to another in front of your very eyes or are you so overwhelmed at the sight of an 8 foot, 800 lb, bipedal primate that you simply cannot process each moment of the experience clearly and concisely? Whew. End rant. Send hatemail to...Shannon LeGro ;)
