Im contacting everyone I know! Im volunteering work for disaster relief in the Washington,IL area. Many have lost EVERYTHING. Sadly they are not ready for volunteers in the community- they are still assessing damage. But we can still help. It doesnt even take much work! Do you have old clothes/shoes sitting in your closest/ drawers that you dont wear? Clothes that your kids have outgrown? This community is looking for clothes of all sizes, for all ages, and all purposes. Extra hygiene items,too. Go to the Dollar store, DG, Walmart grab a few extra things like toothbrushes, D.O, toothpaste, first Aid kit.. We can even food donations if interested!! If you have anything you would like to donate please contact me and we can arrange a pick up. Anything is grateful to help those who lost everything! Thank you! Ps. I have posted a list earlier on items they need most at the moment. Please remember we still have everything and most of them lost EVERYTHING.
