Im doing a slow burn tonight. A couple of hours ago, I responded to one of the local Wal-Mart stores in Port Arthur to unlock a vehicle. While on location (roof beacons, dash beacon and 4-way flashers all deployed), a vehicle from the opposite side of the aisle backed up and struck the left front corner of my service truck. I heard the CRUNCH, turned to see my truck shaking and before I could get around to learn what damage there was, the vehicle that struck mine drove off and out of the parking lot. The driver of that vehicle obviously knew he had struck my truck and decided to run ... but not before he raised his arm out the driver window and shot me the finger. If looks and names could kill, thered be another one going to meet his Maker in northern Port Arthur.
