But whosoever the Son shall set free is free indeed. When He said upon this rock (Peter) I build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail over it... He meant it. He said they wont prevail because theyll try their best to. They thought they had prevailed over Peter but the words of Christ cant be broken. He will fulfil all of His words. Peter didnt choose to be the rock, He chose Peter. He found me and chose me and Hell help me despite all odds. On Him alone I stand. His grace is sufficient for me through all my toils and struggles, Ill come out strong. If His word was true for Peter then it wont be false for me. I am eternally saved and secured in Him. Hallelujah.
