Im feeling much better today, than this time yesterday. I might actually be going to have an over-all productive day. I already have the house chores caught up (I was getting a bit behind) and am about to head out to the shop. I have in mind trying an experimental repair technique (since I dont own a proper hot air re-flow solder station) in an attempt to bring a dead mobo back to life today. The technique was taught to me by my good friend Jake Calhoun. He has a YouTube video documenting the process that I am linking to below. I must admit I wondered how long this repair would last, but as this machine is still out there working some six months now, I think I am gonna give it a whirl too.
