Im feeling very frugal today! Made 1 batch of powered laundry soap (Thank you Jennifer Dirksen) which is about 2 plus lbs. It cost $26.59 for the ingredients, it took about 30 minutes to mix up, and it will yield about 575 loads of laundry using 1 tbsp. per load which calculates to $0.05 per load!!!! Jennifer says she makes about once a year, I can handle that. I didnt really make the liquid laundry soap that often and it costs a penny a load, and Ive been making that for over a year now! SAVINGS!!!! Then I made fabric softener ( again Thank you Jennifer Dirksen, FYI Jennifer, no mini volcano this time!!!!!) Smells wonderful! I made 3gallons for $2.85. Im not sure on cost per load until I use what I have made!!!! But it has to be a savings!!!
