Im finally learning this so late in life, My boss backs me 100% and co workers with being hard of hearing. Im learning its not ME who has to try harder its the heart of the hater that needs to change. And that my friend is not up to me :) I will love and respect them anyways but I will love and respect that I am Gods creation too that is perfect in His sight. Its how I live and breath and have my being. Perhaps my new freedom will bring freedom to others
