Im frustrated by our emphasis on innate intelligence, in large part because I think about it too often. IQ tests and whatnot are interesting and I think intelligence is a pretty cool thing to study in psychology. What Im trying to focus my attention towards is more of an emphasis on the output of positive things; what really matters is the work done in the world around us and how we have made our own and others lives better.
