Im genuinely struggling in this heat last couple of days, hit 30 here yesterday. No breeze etc. One thing Ive noticed is the difference this has on your hydration levels. Obviously you need more, but in this weather its amazing how easy it is to lose a LOT of fluid without really realising. Sip your water all day, dont just neck it here and there to make up your total. You need to keep drip feeding the body with water. Also adding a little sea salt to your meals will help! Ultimately, this enables you to push harder in the gym.
