Im getting VERY good at my BLOCK command on facebook. I play a game of THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! If someone is *passive -aggressive (sugar coating insult!) * critical * aggressive * dismissive/negating * repressing etc etc... Any emotional abuse/neglect/manipulation... Then Ill share how I feel once... if they continue... I will once more respond my position... then Ill BLOCK. Ill continue to be respectful and kind - but if theyre insisting on continuing, Ill end it with blocking. I adore being around nurturing, supportive, nourishing, thriving, and engaging folk, who challenge my best. Its a fun game. Do you play It too? What are your rules?
