Im getting pretty sick of people (mostly Republicans) talking about President Obamas incompetence in dealing with Ebola. The first case of this disease in the US was diagnosed on September 30. It is now November 5, and there have been a grand total of nine--NINE--cases in the country. It seems to me that, in these days of long-distance air travel, limiting the spread of a contagious disease to less than double digits in over a month is not only a far cry from incompetence, but must, by any reasonable measure, be considered a fairly spectacular example of disease control and prevention. Here endeth the rant.
