Provide INFORMATION & GUIDELINES - to help everyone make informed decision about accessing risk and taking appropriate precautions. a. Provide ALERT STAGES, INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION CHECKLIST, EMERGENCY KIT LIST and CONTACT LIST. b.
