Im going to rant for a while since its still fresh on my mind. Yesterday we passed through El Paso. As we were driving down I-10, I looked to the South, across the border at Juarez, Mexico. It might be one of the most depressing things Ive seen. There you have this thriving Texas city, and mere feet away, divided by a mere chain link fence, lies a city teeming with people. The squalor, the deprivation is apparent in the delapidated buildings crammed right on top of each other. And I kept looking back and forth between the two cities, wondering at how someone could live so close to that and not care. *steps off of soapbox*
