Im going to start vermicomposting next month, but on a little larger scale than this since we have more daily food scraps (vegetable and fruit peelings) than the 4 oz. mentioned in this video. Mike and I are going to build a long narrow wooden vermiculture bin to put in the backyard. Hopefully in a few months Ill have a good amount of castings, and will continue this on a year round basis. Worm castings and worm tea have enormous benefits to the garden.
