Im going to upset just about anyone who reads this post and Im doing it anyway. I have come to the realization that many of my dear friends are woefully unprepared for a disaster. There are victims, and then there are survivors. I am the latter, and I hope you will all join me in my quest to better prepare for the myriad of possibilities we face in the future. No one can be sure what problems will present themselves in the future, but the very first lesson I learned when dealing with crisis is... be prepared. If any of these things happened, would you survive and how? Ebola/ other viral outbreak Terrorist attack Local water supply contamination Natural disaster (Earthquake, flood, fire, etc.) Riots/ civil unrest How do you think you would do? Does everyone know their plan?
