Im home. I am on more of the same powerful antibiotics. The infection is less than a quarter inch from the bone. If they did surgery theres a good chance it can spread the infection to the bone which could cause me to lose my arm. I had a series of labs done. So far there is cocci growing in my arm which we are to watch. My home nurse can do my IVIG infusion here at home so no need for me to sit in the hospital. If Cipro and Bactrum does not work then Ill have to be readmitted in fourteen days or sooner if I start running fevers. They want to do hyperbaric chamber but cant due to the tumor in my head. The hyperbaric can cause issues with the tumor especially being in the head and can cause my facial fractures issues. (Did not know this). So Im home, thank God. I am thankful for my home nurse and the ability to recieve care at home.
