Im in the Air Force Reserves and my squadron is at MacDill AFB, in Tampa, FL. Sometimes I am lucky enough when I am there to capture a lightning bolt or two. The photograph I am presenting to you all tonight is over looking Hillsborough Bay to the east of the Macdill AFB peninsula. I showed you all a picture already of the night sky of the same approaching storm from last summer overlooking a dock. Well, I turned the camera from the docks and began to photograph the sky when this quick lightning bolt zig zagged out. Enjoy this because while it looks calm here, in a matter of minutes I was running to my truck. The power of a night thunderstorm in Florida.. Have a great Wednesday evening.
