Im incredibly fascinated by how news sites left and right are posting stories about how great it is that you can play game-x or DOS games in general for free in a browser. Big sites even. These games werent made freeware, or public domain, and sites have hosted emulators with illegal ROMs online for years. Its all infringing. How archive.org gets viewed in a positive light and people are ignoring the blatant piracy going on here is beyond me. Do people think that because youre not directly downloading a file to permanently store on your computer that its okay? That its like trying a game on a demo kiosk at the store? I dont get it...
