Im just curious and I will take all comments.... How do we approve last week for two administrators to receive hefty bonuses totaling each salary to be 130,000 yet have cut security down to bare bones due to what I learned at yearly parent budget meeting was for budget reasons. Four years ago, there were school police, school security and many hall monitors. Today, security to bare bones, 1 School Resource Officer during the day (contracted through Sharon Hill Police whom by the way is a great guy and very, very supportive) and ZERO hall monitors. The problem I have is that the safety of my child is not concerned for. Dare I Ask.... Would they have their children attend a school in this present state? So why should mine be in harms way? All this is public knowledge and is in the board minutes on the district website. Parents you need to educate yourself or exercise your right to take your tax money to a charter school. I know where I work so dont ask me am I scared to loose my job. The only thing Im scared of is if one of these kids attempt to put their hands on me and mine! God got me and will always provide!! However, he trusted Dominique and Janelle Irons in my care. I would be less of a mother if I didnt fight for mine. Point Blank Period!
