Im just so excited I want to share with my family some info Im looking into... I think everyones well aware of my love for genealogy. Lol... Im sure your aware that Grandpa Bills paternal side is from Canada... One woman in particular has caught my attention. Her name is Mary Jessie Gilmore. She is grandpas great grandma. She seemed to live such a difficult life. She was married to Harmon Gilmore whom they became estranged. He left her in Canada and moved to Niagara Falls. She worked as a housekeeper to raise the children then later suffered a breakdown. She was then an inmate at Hamilton insane asylum. Well it just so happens that there is a record for her. I have emailed a researcher in Canada whom is gonna retrieve her records for me. I cant stop thinking about this poor woman Psychiatric Care was so different in those days. I guess I went on enough. Whomever would like a copy pls inform me :)
