Im keeping my eye on our next big weather maker... and it is spinning (quite visibly!) northwest of Washington. I posted our own graphic that shows this storm with water vaport satellite -- this is picking up on the water in the mid to upper levels of the atmosphere. I also posted a view of this storm from earth.nullschool.net because it looks so cool, and it really shows the circulation and how massive it is and how large of an area it is currently impacting! This storm is set to move onshore by Friday, and then make its way across Colorado by Monday and Tuesday. Looks like the brunt of this storm will be felt just to our north, meaning the majority of the rain will likely skip us... BUT, we will get cooler heading into early next week! Its looking like 60s and 70s through at least Wednesday!
