Im looking over my families insurance policy for next year. The first line reads we wish we could report reduced healthcare costs after four years of compliance with the Affordable Care Act, but thats just not the case. Costs per employee increased 12.4% in 2014_ a bigger increase than weve seen since 2001. this will make the fourth year my premiums have increased from the previous one. Add to that our deductibles have Increased, copays up, out of pocket maximums are higher and this goes for our dental as well.
