Im making HUGE strides in my workouts. In just 2 weeks Ive lost 2 inches off of each thigh, 2 inches off my waist. Arms look good! Modified my workouts. Changed my eating habits.Several days a week, I snack on things like nuts, yogurt, fruit, hummus, veggies, shakes, etc throughout the day, making sure most of it is protein. Im not trying to lose to fast but I will post pics of my before and after in April.
