Im missing my dad, Herbert (Herbie) Charles Ward, SO much today. It would have been his 82nd birthday if he was still here. Hes been gone for nine years this past week. He passed suddenly just a few days shy of his 73rd birthday. I still cant believe this much time has passed. Sometimes it feels like it just happened, and I cant breathe.. I love you dad.. I hope youre proud of the boys and all my grandbabies. Please be their guardian angel too.. It helps to know that youre there and that when my time comes, youll be there to greet me with one of your precious hugs.. Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday in heaven.. I bet youre dancing with Aunt Nora.. And Aunt Esther is looking on with a smile..
