Im moving at the end of the month so my amazing 1 br 1 br adorable adobe lego block treehouse color explosion hobbit hole penthouse apartment in Dunbar Springs will be available for rent August 1st. It is right around he corner from Bicas, $425 a month + a $425 deposit, and the landlord is only about a 6.4 on the creep scale. It has a very delightfully shitty vibe that you will come to love. The walls are bright colors and murals and the floors are hardwood. You get amazing views of sunsets and A Mountain from the living room/balcony, and the sunrise will blast into your bedroom windows allowing you to start each morning with glorious desert skies invading you soul and your sleep. Climb out the bedroom window and the neighbors roof is an excellent place to dance, drink, play music, and howl at the moon. These are all mostly pictures from the week I moved in, its considerably nicer now.. depending on your definition of nice. I have loved it, its bittersweet leaving this place behind. I want to pass it on to someone who will appreciate it like I have. BONUSES: The neighbors are all pretty rad people, like Ernesto Vega. No matter how drunk you get downtown, it is an easy stumble back to a cozy home. The bullet hole in the living room window can easily be concealed with an old skateboard deck.
