Im no economist or anthropologist, Im just thinking out loud here, but does forcing a industrialized, market-driven model on agriculture seem like a very bad idea or is it just the inevitable end of humans acting within our nature as post-hunter gatherers? Ive been watching some documentaries and reading Michael Pollan, and while none of it has elicited change in my eating habits, it is forcing me to consider my personal dining ethics.
