Im not as interested in these banks as I am interested in where they are located, and pondering about WHY they are located where they are. Nope, these arent powerhouses, but theyre more than cobwebs. Theres a need for an economic start everywhere. The question I have is in regard to the people, and the culture in these places. Are the blacks that live in the regions where these banks are located people whove migrated from hellholes where there arent even black dogcatchers ? Since people who arent black have major influence on these banks, are they ( or the people in the area ) more worldly, well-read, well-travelled, and better educated relative to people living in places that lack the aforementioned. These are serious things to consider, especially for people raising young children.
