Im not much of a poster, but Im so frustrated and no one around me including my wife seems to understand. Diagnosed back in May, the day after my 30th birthday, protein was 980. Creatinine was 1.5. Started me on 60 mg of prednisone and .2 mg of clonodine for my bp. Everything was good for a while, but these last two months. BP has steadily went up, they keep throwing meds at it and it only works for a short time. Last month my protein had went up to 1900 and creatinine went to 2.2. I have no muscle left, the prednisone has turned me into an old man. Im just afraid these last six months were just a waste. I go see my doctor on Monday for my monthly and I sit here tonight worried about what Im going to hear. Took all my BP pills, which now consists of clonodine, metoprolol, hydrazaline, and lasix for fluid retention. BP went down to 130/90 for a short time, but currently is back to 180/120. So the blood pressure cuff took flying lessons across the room out of frustration. I just want some good news for once. Sorry to vent, but I think I finally hit my breaking point.
