Im not one to make a big deal out of bad service. I mean if I handled my business & im in and out quick then its ok right? Theres always going to be bad encounters so I never fuss. But tonight I tried Cold Stones yogurt bar for the first time and I expexted the jolly welcoming that you always get. Not tonight, this guy was NOT in the mood. Not a smile and such a poor greeting as if being there was the last place he wanted to be. But again, everything was fine as long as I got my yogurt UNTIL an old man came in & asked for a small cup for water while holding coins in his hand. He asked the employee for a cup, the employee gave him a disgusted look and looked away. This man didnt smell, look dirty, or seem homeless so I didnt understand the attitude. The confused old man asked again is it okay? The employee gave him a cup with an irritated look on his face and looked away. Still confused, the old man stuck out his hand again attepting to pay with his coins and the employees gestures pissed the hell out of me. It was as if he was telling the old man hurry up and get out of here with his shoulder shrug, hand motion, and facial expression. Bottom line, the the attitude was VERY VERY unnecessary. He couldve handled that a thousand times better.
