Im not one to normally do things like this but I have contacted the Milton Keynes branch manager and head office on previous occasions regarding one of your delivery drivers and feel I have to on this occasion so that you as a company can act on this! I am the manager of a local garage and we use your depot in Milton Keynes more a less on a daily basis and on the whole I cant fault the service that you provide starting from the telephone call to place order to the delivery of our orders! All your delivery drivers except one our always well mannered and polite and are a pleasure to see as you do build up a friendly relationship with the drivers! As I stated this is all apart from one driver! I have contacted the branch manager in writing before and have contacted your head office regarding this lady before I believe her name is Stacy or Tracy shes a petite older lady with bleached hair if that helps!! Shes always very rude and abrupt when shes delivering to us and very rude if we ask her if she can take returns she will either say no shes not got time and tells us to wait for the next driver! As I stated earlier I dont usually do this but the last time she came into our garage I made a joke and said oh what time do u call this and her exact response was dont blame me Im just the f***ing driver I had children in my waiting room and a customer actually made a complaint to us about the language she used in front of her children, so to say that Im saddened by this is an under statement because as a whole the service your other drivers and sales staff is amazing but its just this one lady who lets you down!! I will also say how smart all your drivers look in their uniforms apart from this same driver when I asked her why shes not in the uniform her response was I aint f***ing wearing that it looks s**t I made a joke of saying you must be the bosses favourite and her response was no not at all he just knows that I can get him in serious trouble so he dont ever say anything to me Hence the reason I have now come down this route as something needs to be done!!!!
