Im not perfect by no means, I struggle with addiction on a daily basis. I may go for 1yr clean & for no reason decide to use for a week & then not pick it up again for several months, but I am thankful for agape & people in my recovery that when I get lost I know the steps I need to do to get back on track & remember the happy, productive, clean & serene person I was at one time, I am so very thankful for that. This time of year & just the season makes me remember smoking on my porch working the steps with some girls Ill never forget. So many time through the day do I refer back to talks with these very special woman. I am very thankful for. I wish now I wouldnt have wished those days away! I know Im not where I could be, But thank God, Im not where I use to be! Melissa Walker
