Im not quite sure why people assume I should do vocals for them without any sort of pay. I understand that you may not be initially be making any money off of your track/album; but if there is a possibility of profit in the future, you should at least pay me for my services. Ive done free work when I was just starting out; and if youre a good personal friend of mine we can work something out. But from a business standpoint the mindset people approach me with is sort of irritating. If you seek out and contact someone, it makes sense to pay that person. I understand the case isnt always the same. If you contact me asking for vocals and I politley request a small payment please dont react as if I think im too good or rude for doing so. Thank you.
