Im not shocked but disappointed at the comments regarding this - TopicsExpress

Im not shocked but disappointed at the comments regarding this police shooting that occurred. There are many people outraged by this event because they assume retaliation. I do not believe that shooting a police officer 👮 is right AT ALL. I feel for any family having to deal with such a tragedy. However, the same people making these comments have been almost mute in the high numbers of black deaths with strong injustice proceeding after. I have family members as well that serve and are great at what they do. But where is the same sympathy for #tamirrice or the 7 year old girl Aiyana Jones, shot dead while sleeping by the hands of a cop? Im not asking anyone to believe what I believe but open your eyes 👀!!! How do you know what is true? Did anyone make one conscious step to research before you so eagerly posted on facebook? How can you make bold statements and stand for a system that may not do the same for you or make only work for a select few. Two wrongs do not make a right, but why are the civilians urged to uphold this standard and struggling to get our government to do the same? So, no hate to anyone but lets do some research before making such inaccurate, bold, naive statements.
