Im not sure that Ive ever been so glad to be home! This has been the most emotionally draining week of my life. However, on the drive home tonight I was thinking about the events of 13 years ago today. I then began to think about my dad and conversations we had that day. We talked about the fact that the return of the Lord had to be drawing near. This evening I believe that we are simply 13 years closer. Our world is a mess these days, but I am so thankful that I know the solution to the mess that we face. However, I believe its going to get worse before it gets better. I heard the words of my dad quoted in his home going celebration, trust God....hold steady! As I think about where we are as a nation today, I would like to encourage each of my friends to heed the advice of a very wise man. Put your faith in God and hold steady in that position! God simply has called us to be his hands and feet in our world and share His love with everyone with which we come in contact. We do not need to be in your face, we just need to share a love and peace that surpasses human understanding. This world needs to see Jesus and we are His chosen conduit. Lets get to work!!!!
