Im not surprised at the overwhelming flood of affection, support, and love surrounding my Mom. I want to thank all of you for your kind words, love and comfort you have given us during this terrible time. With Christmas around the corner, and with families of your own, my Mom would not want to dwell on the negative. Christmas was her favorite time of year. The food, the tree, the singing, and the gift giving was what she was all about. Raise a glass to her at Christmas dinner. Its time to laugh once again. Rejoice that she is in a better place and cherish what you have. As for me, Ill look to the heavens and fake it as best I can.
