Im not that much into fandom, but I have to say that these guys have captured the feeling of the original Star Trek so well, I just had to give them some money. The sets, sound effects, writing, pacing and even the acting feel like the original. The actors cant quite reproduce the chemistry, and theyre all too young, but they get big points for trying so hard and doing as well as they did, in my opinion. Plus they even have James Doohans son in his fathers role, and doing it even better than Simon Pegg (whom I otherwise love, but I think was wasted). Theyve got 13 days to pick up another $30K. Send em some love.
