Im offering a Law Enforcement Only Digital Composite workshop at Glassboro PD in New Jersey January 5 - 9, 2015. If youve been considering trying out a digital approach for your work, this workshop affords the opportunity to spend a week learning and practicing techniques without having to purchase equipment. I supply the Corel Painter software and Wacom Cintiq drawing tablets for student use. The central concepts of correct proportions and using lighting to reveal form are achieved through various software tools. Different techniques to add tone and enhance the depth and richness of the image are offered. Attendees learn how to customize the workspace and create their own brushes and nozzles.
