Im one of those people who cant have a birthday party without balloons, I even have to have the on my own, found these TMNT themed ones whilst browsing for my nephews party next month. Really simple to do, just crepe paper/ribbon, green balloons & a marker pen. Really like the idea of them being used as table place markers tied to a water pistol or similar as in the 2nd photo, could be used instead of a party bag.
